My name is Crystal Moose and I live in a small town called Juliaetta Idaho. It is about 25 miles from Moscow and 25 miles from Lewiston Idaho. I think its like 2 1/2 hours south from Spokane. I have two boys that love to see all the little bunnies grow up and I am teaching them as well in what to look for in a Holland. Its so hard in this valley to find something that I need greatly so I am now looking further distances.
My rabbits are like my kids and have all been disease free. I am ever so lucky that none of my homegrown rabbits have ever gotten sickly with bad eyes or noses. They are my world and I will do anything for an animal before a human except for my boys. Nothing comes before my kiddos. Check out my "In Loving Memory" page to see how the only two seniors that have died in my rabbitry have not been by sickness but mother nature. Fenway and Lil Bunny Foo Foos stories are there and more will be added when a loved one passes on again, hopefully no time soon.
I am still striving to do the best I can to better this breed. I think with my new additions SH's PI and Camelots' Cheech I now have a chance to get to where I want my rabbits to be. PI has a banging body. She is a chunk and I just love her. Cheech has the awesome blocky head and I cant stop kissing it. He is also the sweetest boy I have ever come across. Also with Tiny Gold Jr and his kits turning out ok I may have a foundation. I am now on the look out for an animal with mass. Something that when you take a picture of him/her directly on side shot there is no daylight underneath him/her showing. Also in the picture the back feet are not crammed up to the front feet making it appear as the rabbit is solid. Some day I will get my Holland to look like that short stocky lil block of an animal that I have in my head. It will happen.
